  • 2 cups cubed potato (leftover baked potato, peeled and cut into cubes)
  • Ham and Broccoli Divan (leftover 3 cups, or use any ham and broccoli casserole)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper,or to taste
  • 1 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • French Fried Onions, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: On low to medium low heat in a large Dutch oven combine soup,water,and potatoes.

  • Step 2: Then mix in ham & broccoli.

  • Step 5: If desired,top individual servings with French Fried Onions
