Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces dry linguine
  • 1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast (sliced, 1 fillet)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 small chili peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound zucchini (3 zucchini, sliced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/8 cup fresh basil, julienned

How to Make

  • Step 1: In large saucepan with boiling salted water, cook pasta al dente.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile,heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic and chili pepper and cook for 2 minutes;

  • Step 3: Add chicken, saute 5 minutes or until lightly golden.

  • Step 4: Season with seasoned salt (I use Lawry's) and pepper.

  • Step 5: Add zucchini to same skillet and cook for 5 minutes until squash is crisp-tender.

  • Step 6: Drain pasta,and toss with some olive oil; place on a oven proof platter,top with chicken,zucchini and sprinkle with the cheese.

  • Step 7: Place under the broiler for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.

  • Step 8: Sprinkle some fresh basil (VERY IMPORTANT) and...eat.
