Step 1: In large saucepan with boiling salted water, cook pasta al dente.
Step 2: Meanwhile,heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic and chili pepper and cook for 2 minutes;
Step 3: Add chicken, saute 5 minutes or until lightly golden.
Step 4: Season with seasoned salt (I use Lawry's) and pepper.
Step 5: Add zucchini to same skillet and cook for 5 minutes until squash is crisp-tender.
Step 6: Drain pasta,and toss with some olive oil; place on a oven proof platter,top with chicken,zucchini and sprinkle with the cheese.
Step 7: Place under the broiler for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
Step 8: Sprinkle some fresh basil (VERY IMPORTANT) and...eat.
