Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat add ground beef,onion,and red pepper.
Step 2: Then stir in salt,1 teaspoon each of the following,garlic powder,Italian seasoning,and oregano
Step 3: Cook until meat is browned and vegetables are softened.
Step 4: If needed drain meat and return to skillet.
Step 5: Add tomato sauce,paste,chopped tomato,and remaining seasonings stirring well and also stirring occasionally.
Step 6: Reduce to low and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
