  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups Irish Cream (Baileys)
  • 6 cups heavy cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, beat eggs until very thick & creamy. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in milk & Bailey's.

  • Step 2: Whip cream in another bowl until it holds soft peaks. Stir whipped cream into egg mixture.

  • Step 3: Chill until ready to serve & stir again just before serving (I like to dust the top w/nutmeg).
