Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 medium peaches (fresh ripe, peeled, pitted, coarsely crushed & chilled)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 pint skim milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 pint yogurt (vanilla frozen yogurt)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine peaches w/honey & 1/2 pint milk. Beat or blend until smooth.

  • Step 2: Add rest of the milk, almond extract & half of the frozen yoghurt. Beat or blend until smooth again.

  • Step 3: Pour into well-chilled tall glasses, top w/remaining frozen yoghurt & serve immediately.

  • NOTE: We would always choose to use fresh peaches for this, but they can't always be in season & I suspect this would still be good using canned peaches when fresh are not an option
