  • 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules (or beef)
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (plus)
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
  • 3/4 to 1 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl mix together the bouillon,both amounts of flour,and pepper.

  • Step 2: Store in an airtight container in a cool place for up to 6 months.

  • TO PREPARE FOR GRAVY

  • Step 3: In a small pan over medium heat, melt butter and add 2 Tablespoons of gravy mix.

  • Step 4: Cook and stir until lightly browned,or until the color you want is reached.

  • Step 5: Whisk in water until smooth then bring to a boil,cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
