  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Step 2: Cut up veggies and add to a bowl.

  • Step 5: Arrange in a single layer on jelly roll pan (Pan wit a lip)

  • Step 6: Roast for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
