Step 1: Add broth, rices, herbs, salt and pepper to medium saucepan with lid and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium heat and cover with lid. Cook 50 minutes (do not lift lid).
Step 2: Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Remove lid and add butter and parsley; stir to mix.
Step 4: Place into serving bowl and sprinkle with pine nuts.
Step 5: Serve.
