Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Juice the lemon.
Step 3: Peel and mince the garlic.
Step 4: In a small bowl, place 1 tablespoon lemon juice, the garlic, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, basil, and oregano. Mix well.
Step 5: Place the bread crumbs on a flat plate.
Step 6: With your hands, rub both sides of the fish with the mayonnaise mixture.
Step 7: Coat each fillet with the bread crumbs on the plate.
Step 8: Place the fillets in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 9: Season with pepper, to taste.
Step 10: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is opaque in the center.
Step 11: Sprinkle with the parsley, and serve.
