  • 4 cups sliced zucchini
  • 1/4 cup margarine (Parkay Margarine)
  • 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 pound Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese (cubed)
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves (crushed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In large skillet, saute vegetables in margarine until crisp-tender. Drain.

  • Step 2: Reduce heat to low. Add sauce, Velveeta and oregano.

  • Step 3: Stir until Velveeta is melted.
