Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 12 ounces fresh salmon fillets (two fillets, 6 ounce each, skin removed)
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F. Coat an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2: Mix oil and vinegar together in a small bowl.

  • Step 3: Place salmon fillets in prepared baking dish and rub garlic into them. Pour oil and vinegar over them, turning once to coat.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with cilantro and basil and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 5: Let marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.

  • Step 6: Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily and is no longer transparent in center.

  • Step 7: Drizzle some of the sauce over each piece to serve.
