  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Spray cookie sheet with rimmed sides with Pam.

  • Step 3: Combine all remaining ingredients (carrots - salt)in a bowl; toss.

  • Step 4: Spread out in a single layer on cookie sheet.

  • Step 5: Roast carrots until tender, turning once (35-40 minutes)
