Step 1: Over medium heat in a medium non stick skillet heat oil until hot but not smoking.
Step 2: Then add leftover hash,let hash cook until a slight crust forms.
Step 3: Pour eggs over hash ,and scramble eggs until desired consistency is reached.
Step 4: Salt and pepper to taste.
