Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey (clear)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed & minced)
  • 8 ounces fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 bread slices (sourdough bread)
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter (variety of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red bell peppers (seeded)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil & garlic. Using a pastry brush, brush both sides of each chicken breast w/the mixture & allow to rest for 15 min.

  • Step 2: Grill (see note below) chicken breasts for 3-4 min on each side until cooked through. Allow to rest for 10 min, slice thinly & keep warm.

  • Step 3: Spread each slice of bread w/1 tablespoon of peanut butter.

  • Step 4: Arrange sliced chicken equally on 2 of the bread slices.

  • Step 5: Add equal amounts of the bean sprouts & chopped red pepper on top of the chicken slices. Close the sandwich w/the other slice of bread & serve immediately.

  • NOTE: No grilling method was suggested, but IMO they will all work well
