Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup melted butter (or margarine, use salted butter)
  • 2 cups graham crackers (crushed to fine in a processor)
  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter (smooth)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line regular-size muffin tins with paper liners and spray the paper with cooking spray.

  • Step 2: Mix together butter, graham crackers, confectioner's sugar, salt and 1 cup of peanut butter. Press about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of the muffin liners.

  • Step 3: Melt the chocolate chips with 4 tablespoons of peanut butter together. Spoon over the peanut butter filling and smooth the tops with a spoon. Put in the fridge until set.
