Step 11: Stir like crazy

Step 13: Add bouillon
Step 14: Add herbs
Step 15: Let get thick
Step 16: Add 1 oz. herb sauce and 1-4 minute poached eggs.
Step 17: Top again with 2 oz. fresh herb cream.
Step 18: Garnish with 'crouton' lid offset on plate and chives.
