  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (well crumbled, may use Stilton)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco sauce, more or less to taste preference)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 celery rib (finely diced)
