Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups dark chocolate baking chips (divided - Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl combine flour,salt,and baking soda.

  • Step 3: In a microwave safe bowl add sugar,water,butter, and 1 cup of chocolate chips.

  • Step 4: Microwave for 2 minutes or until chips are slightly melted then remove and stir mixture until all chips are completely melted and everything is well combined.

  • Step 5: Stir in vanilla and cool for 5 minutes.

  • Step 6: Beat eggs one at a time into cooled chocolate.

  • Step 7: Add flour mixture to chocolate and mix well then incorporate remaining chips into batter.

  • Step 8: Pour into an 8 x 8 inch baking pan which has been prepared with cooking spray.

  • Step 9: Bake for 25 minutes or until brownies are slightly pulling away from the edge of the pan (if you want your brownies chewy,just slightly under bake).

  • Step 10: Cool completely before cutting into squares.
