Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (3 ounce) Ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
  • 1 can (10 3/4) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk (if needed)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used Sharp Cheddar)
  • 3/4 cup chopped chicken (cubed or shredded cooked chicken, I used leftover fried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • Step 2: While oven is preheating,cook noodles according to package directions then drain and set aside.

  • Step 3: In a medium bowl mix together soup,cheese,and all the seasonings.

  • Step 4: Add drained noodles and mix well.

  • Step 5: Gently fold in chicken,and if needed add milk to get the right texture.

  • Step 6: Pour into a 2 quart baking dish which has been prepared with cooking spray.

  • Step 7: Then top with French Fried Onions and bake until onions are golden browned,about 25 to 30 minutes.
