Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (21 ounce) blueberry pie filling (2 cups)
  • 1 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 6 ounces yogurt (vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Cut in butter.

  • Step 2: Add egg, yogurt and water; mix.

  • Step 3: In a 9 inch pan, spread blueberries in bottom. Spread the biscuit dough on top.

  • Step 4: Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until crust golden brown (I'm using a little oven so my time could be different than yours).
