  • 4 large eggs (hard-boiled eggs, chopped)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • Lemon slices
