Step 1: Brush of inside of the pitas with olive oil and sprinkle with spice.
Step 2: Put the cheese slice on top of the pitas; add optional ingredients if desired. Roll up the pita to enclose the cheese.
Step 3: Heat a panini press until hot.
Step 4: Add sandwiches, closs panini press. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until bread is crisp and golden.
