  • 4 ounces strawberry gelatin (Jell-O gelatin dessert)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup water (boiling)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dissolve the jello in boiling water. Chill.

  • Step 2: When thick and syrupy, beat until light and fluffy.

  • Step 3: Add crushed strawberries rice pineapple nuts and mix well.

  • Step 4: Fold in whipping cream and let stand in cool place several hours before serving (see I told you it was old--I would stick it in the refrigerator).

  • Step 5: Serve topped with whipped cream.
