Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces green chilies, diced, drained (2 cans)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick buttermilk baking mix
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Additional salsa

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with Pam.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle cheese on bottom of dish; top with chilies.

  • Step 4: In a large cup or bowl combine milk, baking mix and eggs and beat until smooth. Pour over the cheeses in the baking dish. Top with 1/4 cup salsa.

  • Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

  • Step 6: Serve with the sour cream guacamole and salsa.
