Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with Pam.
Step 3: Sprinkle cheese on bottom of dish; top with chilies.
Step 4: In a large cup or bowl combine milk, baking mix and eggs and beat until smooth. Pour over the cheeses in the baking dish. Top with 1/4 cup salsa.
Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
Step 6: Serve with the sour cream guacamole and salsa.
