Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes (peeled cubed)
- 2 pounds ham steaks (diced)
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups ham stock
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh crushed gingerroot
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
How to Make

Step 1: Cook all together until potatoes are 1/2 cooked.

Step 2: Pack into 2 quart jars.

Step 3: Pressure cook at 11 lbs pressure 90 minutes (as always check ball book).
