  • 16 ounces dry lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups chopped chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 3 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook noodles; drain.

  • Step 2: Chop chicken, green pepper and onion.

  • Step 3: Mix Alfredo sauce, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, peppers, and chicken together.

  • Step 4: Thinly slice zucchini.

  • Step 5: Layer noodles, fresh spinach, sauce, mushrooms, zucchini. Add cheese.

  • Step 6: Layer again, same way, ending with sauce and cheese.

  • Step 7: Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.

  • Step 8: Set a while before cutting.
