  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 cup frozen corn (or 4 hard-boiled eggs)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In casserole dish, layer potatoes, then sprinkle on minced onion then uncooked pork sausage just dot it all over potatoes. Then the soup then water then onion sprinkles.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • Step 3: Bake for 45 minutes. Add corn or hard boiled eggs on top cook for 15 minutes more until hot and bubbly.
