Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 breasts, cubed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 16 ounces frozen green string beans
  • 6 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 tablespoons vermouth
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (shredded)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Layer green beans, onion, chicken (can cook them a little before had if you wish) mushrooms. Dot with butter

  • Step 2: Mix stock 1/2 and 1/2 vermouth and mustard and cornstarch. Pour over beans.

  • Step 3: Cover bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.

  • Step 4: Uncover, top with cheese, bake 10 minutes more til thick and bubbly.
