Step 1: In food processor, mix up crust ingredients.
Step 2: Pat filling into springform pan that you have wrapped in tin foil for the water bath later.
Step 3: Bake 8 minutes.
Step 4: Beat all 5 egg whites.
Step 5: In another bowl, whip cheese, sugar, zest and egg yolk. Fold in chips and peel, then fold in egg whites. Pour into crust.
Step 6: Put into water bath.
Step 7: Bake 1 hour until set.
Step 8: Cool 1 hour before unmolding
Step 9: Mix topping and sprinkle on top
