  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: Soak the mixed seeds in pure water overnight.

  • Step 2: In the morning add to any unsweetened cereal, or eat alone (extra can be stored in a jar in the fridge or you can make much more of the mix and store dried in a jar in the pantry and soak as much as you think you will use the next morning).

  • Step 3: For a protein boost in your diet, add some seed mixture to your favourite smoothie, cereal or muesli.
