  • 1 cup chopped nopal
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup black beans (cooked)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Pepper (pinch)
  • 5 corn tortillas
  • 1/8 cup chopped fresh cilantro

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the oil over medium high heat. FRY TORTILLAS KEEP WARM.

  • Step 2: Add the onion and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add the nopales and beans and pepper; cook for approximately 5 minutes.

  • Step 3: Spread veggie mixture onto heated tortillas.

  • Step 4: Top with avocado

  • Step 5: Add salsa and cilantro for some additional kick.
