Step 1: Heat the oil over medium high heat. FRY TORTILLAS KEEP WARM.
Step 2: Add the onion and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add the nopales and beans and pepper; cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 3: Spread veggie mixture onto heated tortillas.
Step 4: Top with avocado
Step 5: Add salsa and cilantro for some additional kick.
