  • 1/2 cup dry bulgur
  • 1/2 cup dry barley (quick cooking)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a saucepan over medium high heat boil milk and salt together.

  • Step 2: Stir in the next 4 ingredients (bulgur - cinnamon). Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, stirring frequently until milk is absorbed and grains are tender (10-15 minutes). Stir in vanilla.
