Step 1: In a saucepan over medium high heat boil milk and salt together.
Step 2: Stir in the next 4 ingredients (bulgur - cinnamon). Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, stirring frequently until milk is absorbed and grains are tender (10-15 minutes). Stir in vanilla.
