Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Lightly oil a 9 inch baking dish, or coat with non-stick spray.
Step 3: Melt butter in a large skillet, over medium high heat.
Step 4: Add shrimp, garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 2 minutes.
Step 5: Stir in wine or chicken stock, and lemon juice.
Step 6: Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 7: Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat, and stir in cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, 1/4 cup Mozzarella and Parmesan.
Step 8: Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish, and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Mozzarella.
Step 9: Place into oven and bake until bubbly and golden, about 10-12 minutes.
Step 10: Serve immediately.
Step 11: *Chicken stock can be used for white wine as a non-alcoholic substitute.
