Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons self-rising flour
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 bacon slices
  • 1/2 cup chopped asparagus (tips)
  • 1 pie shell (unbaked)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook bacon add onion and asparagus, cooking until almost soft. Drain on paper towel.

  • Step 2: Crumble bacon.

  • Step 3: Mix egg with milk, cream and cheese. Add pepper and flour; mix.

  • Step 4: Into the pie shell, add chicken, asparagus and onion, add crumbled bacon.

  • Step 5: Pour the egg mixture over.

  • Step 6: Put on baking sheet. Bake 375 degrees 40 minutes or until done.

  • Step 7: Aussie temp was 180 degree c which they said was 360 here.
