Step 1: Cream butter with cream cheese and sugar. Beat in egg and extracts.
Step 2: Combine dry ingredients. Add to cream mixture, then put in frig overnight covered.
Step 3: On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/8 thickness.
Step 4: Cut out cookies with cookie cutter dipped in flour.
Step 5: Bake on ungreased baking sheet, 1-inch apart in a 375 degree oven for 8 minutes until edges browned.
Step 6: Cool for 2 minutes before removing for wire rack.
