Step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat heat the oil. Stir in onions and saute for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Stir in next 5 ingredients (rice - allspice) and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook until rice is tender and broth is absorbed (20 minutes).
Step 3: Stir in pine nuts, mint and dill.
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper.
