  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Spray a 9x9x2 inch pan with Pam.

  • Step 3: In a saucepan over low heat stir 5 ounces of bittersweet chocolate, butter and the unsweetened chocolate until smooth. Remove from heat.

  • Step 4: In a large bowl whisk together the sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture. Stir in the flour, nuts and chips

  • Step 5: Spread mixture in prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out moist crumbs attached.

  • Step 6: Meanwhile bring the cream to a boil in a small pan. Remove from heat.

  • Step 7: Whisk in 3 ounces of the bittersweet chocolate. Pour glaze over the brownies. Chill uncovered for 1 hour.
