Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound cooked crab meat (flaked or chopped, I used imitation crab)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 pounds dry penne pasta
  • 1 container (16 ounce) sour cream
  • 1 bottle (16 ounce) ranch salad dressing (Hidden Valley or another good brand)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta, drain then rinse under cold water, then set aside.

  • Step 2: Mix sour cream, ranch salad dressing and milk, garlic and Parmesan cheese (let sit in fridge for 2 hours).

  • Step 3: Mix together onions, peppers, celery, crab meat and pasta. Mix with dressing. Mix well. Add salt and pepper Chill at least 2 hours.
