  • 1 package (1 1/4 ounce) gravy mix (mushroom flavor)
  • 3 pounds beef blade roast (or pot roast of choice)
  • Pepper
  • 1 large yellow onion (sliced)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cup baby carrots
  • 1 pound red potatoes (baby potatoes, cut in half or left whole)

How to Make
