Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef (ground chuck)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 ounces old cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 3 to 4 bread buns (Jalapeno/Cheese burger buns)
  • SAUCE
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1/2 whole lemon, juiced (about 1 1/2 teaspoons)
  • Fresh course ground pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Make the sauce mixing together the mayo, horseradish, lemon juice and pepper cover & place in fridge until ready for use.

  • Step 2: Gently mix together the chuck, worchestershire sauce, salt & pepper

  • Step 3: Form 3 or 4 patties

  • Step 4: On a lightly oiled pan cook the burgers apprx 4 minutes each side.

  • Step 5: When you flip the burger and after a minute add cheese to the top

  • Step 6: Cover with a lid and continue cooking until the cheese has melted and the pattie is cooked to your liking

  • Step 7: While the patties are cooking toast the buns.

  • Step 8: Place your patties on the buns, add your favorite condiments and the horseradish sauce

  • Step 9: Enjoy
