Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • FIRST
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons sea flake seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon hickory salt
  • 3 tablespoons food yeast flakes
  • 1 yellow onion (diced)
  • SECOND
  • 3 cups oats (quick oats)
  • 1/2 cups walnuts (ground)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Simmer 1st for 5 minutes. Remove from heat stir in oats and nuts; let cool.

  • Step 2: Scoop out with ice cream scoop then put into quart canning jar lid. Level it and flip over onto greased baking sheet.

  • Step 3: Bake 375 degrees until browned on top 15 minutes. Flip over cook 15 minutes more.
