Step 1: Simmer 1st for 5 minutes. Remove from heat stir in oats and nuts; let cool.
Step 2: Scoop out with ice cream scoop then put into quart canning jar lid. Level it and flip over onto greased baking sheet.
Step 3: Bake 375 degrees until browned on top 15 minutes. Flip over cook 15 minutes more.
