  • 2 spaghetti (8 pounds) squash (2 four pound squash, cooked)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound Italian sausage (links removed from casing)
  • 2 cups sliced bell pepper
  • 1 cup diced yellow onions
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar (24 ounce) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown meat. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic and seasonings. Add sauce cook down.

  • Step 2: Add squash that has been scraped out.

  • Step 3: Fill squash halves. Top with cheese.

  • Step 4: Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes until cheese melted.
