Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces fresh salmon
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt (pinch)
  • Pepper (pinch)
  • 1/4 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced Roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pan Seared Salmon: Heat oil in pan, dust salmon with salt and pepper. Place in hot pan, skin side down. Cook about 5-7 minutes.

  • Step 2: Add white wine and cook for additional time (until its as done as you like).

  • Step 3: Take out salmon, make sure wines reduced, and add spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes cook until spinach just wilted. Add butter; toss.

  • Step 4: Plate the salmon, then pour the veggies and sauce over.
