Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups granulated sugar (white sugar, use 2 very scant cups!)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup 18% cream
  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips (can use up to 1/2 cup but your fudge will be very sweet)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (add only if omitting the white chocolate)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Butter an 8x8-inch baking pan.

  • Step 2: In a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring sugar, salt and cream to a boil over medium heat, as soon as it's at a full rolling boil, reduce to low heat and boil for 2 1/2 minutes (no less) stirring very frequently. Remove from heat and immediately mix in white chocolate chips and the peanut butter (and vanilla if only making peanut butter fudge). Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until smooth.

  • Step 3: Pour the mixture into the pan and allow to cool slightly then refrigerate.

  • Step 4: Slice into 1-inch squares.
