  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups lettuce, sliced in thin strips
  • 1/2 cup salsa sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: In large skillet, cook beef until no longer pink; drain.

  • Step 2: Add water and taco seasoning; simmer 5 minutes.

  • Step 3: In large bowl, combine cream cheese and milk; spread on serving platter.

  • Step 4: Top with meat and sprinkle with tomatoes, onions and lettuce.

  • Step 5: Drizzle with salsa sauce and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

  • Step 6: Serve with nacho chips.
