Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 2 cups chicken stock (or giblet water)
  • 1 box (6 ounce) stuffing mix (Stove Top stuffing mix)
  • 1 large egg

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sauté the onion and celery in butter. Add to the stuffing mix, prepared with the amount of liquid indicated on the box (I use 2 cups boiling stock or giblet water , you know the water from the giblets that are cooking on top of the stove from the turkey).

  • Step 2: Add egg and mix. Add sage stir.

  • Step 3: Now you can stuff bird or chops.
