  • 2 bags (8 ounce) frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (fine)
  • 1/4 cup honey Dijon mustard (MAILLE MAISON Honey Dijon Mustard with Balsamic Vinegar)
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Rinse berries and pick over removing bad ones.

  • Step 2: In a small saucepan combine all ingredients and heat over medium low heat.

  • Step 3: Bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and stir occasionally until the cranberries have broken down and the mixture is thick and sauce-like, about 20-25 minutes.

  • Step 4: Remove from heat and cool completely before serving.
