Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Spread a thin layer of butter over each slice of bread, then red pepper jelly, avocado and turkey slices.
Step 3: Top with smoked Gouda cheese slices.
Step 4: Place onto a baking sheet. Bake 7-10 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and sandwich is heat through.
