Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons onion grated
  • 3 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar (or 3 tablespoons brown sugar Splenda)
  • 3 slices Swiss cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 3 hamburger buns

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the beef, onion, mustard, chili flakes, salt, and brown sugar

  • Step 2: Form into 3 patties, put a slight indentation in the middle of each pattie.

  • Step 3: Spray a skillet with the olive oil and cook the burgers over medium heat

  • Step 4: Flip after about 5 minutes, cover pan and continue cooking for apprx. another 5 minutes, Flip again,add cheese slice cover continue cooking until done to your liking and the cheese has melted.

  • Step 5: Add whatever condiments you want to your bun with the burger. Enjoy.
