Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 75 grams rolled oats (1/4 cup)
  • 185 ml fat-free milk (3/4 cup)
  • 125 grams vanilla beans (fruche)
  • 130 grams fresh cranberries (in natural juice drained)
  • 1 tablespoon pecan nuts (chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put the oats, milk and Fruche in a medium bowl and stir well and cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight until most of the liquid has been absorbed.

  • Step 2: Stir cranberries into the oat mixture.

  • Step 3: Divide the muesli between bowls and top with the pecans to serve.

  • Step 4: VARIATION - replace the cranberries with 140 gram tub of diced peaches in natural juice, drained and the pecans with slivered almonds.
